(More customer reviews)This product is labeled correctly!It's called "cheap Wall Cover" and it looks the part.I was very disappointed in the way this looked.It was gaudy at best.By the time I returned the product, paid a restocking fee and postage, I only got $4 back of the purchase price!I would NOT recommend this to anyone.

Prepare the surface: Wipe off the ceiling / surface and make it smooth and even. Remove loose plaster, paint, wall paper etc.2.
